To give you peace of mind, we offer a free health check with one of our vets for every new pet that joins your family.

At this appointment, we’ll:

Give your pet a full health check
Answer all your questions (no matter how small!)
Talk through vaccinations, parasite prevention, microchipping, diet, behaviour, neutering, and insurance

We want you to feel completely comfortable with your choice of vet. This first health check is absolutely no-obligation — it’s simply a chance for you to meet us, ask questions, and see if we’re the right fit for you and your pet.

What’s Included (and what isn’t)

Included: vet consultation, advice, health check
Not included: vaccinations, flea/worm treatments, medications, diagnostic tests, or procedures (If your pet needs any of these, we’ll take the time to explain why, outline your options, and discuss any costs with you before proceeding — making sure you feel confident and included in every decision.)
